First steps with any new site will be navigating the utility access and natural barriers/features. Shade and shadows. Tree and creek preservation. Steep and low slope sites. Wildlife preservation. If you are looking for a site and know the footage of the home or number of floors you need/want ensure that the property zoning is in line with that wish list. Look at flood, seismic and landmark information on GIS as this will help with your home owners insurance, basement waterproofing, permitting experience, etc...

Renovation:

If you have a building in mind we can meet on site and ball park design options and costs. If you already have a home, we can walk through your existing ideas together and review the existing utility services and the existing structure to set a path moving forward.
