Construction Administration

On our own projects:

During construction, framing and rough-in is a critical time for the Owner to be provided with box walks and physical walk-thrus of the space to ensure lights or outlet boxes are not being moved after walls are painted.

Framing needs to be set to ensure equipment and furniture can fit and ADA tolerances are met.

Modifications in the field are part of construction. To ensure that design intent is followed and to avoid conflicts, it is vital that the architect has a role in the implementation of the construction documents.

As a consultant:

Owner Punch on large scale multi-family units is a marathon race and the stage needs to be set with a detailed and thoroughly documented mock-up unit.

We have worked with General Contractors and Developers on multi-family construction and large retail / commercial build-outs during the full term of the project and during the punch list phase, to ensure a quality project is turned over to the Owner.

We provide developers and contractors with part-time or full-time, third party or under their umbrella QAQC services

We can work with GC software (ie. Procore or similar) or provide a custom check list.

Let us help manage.
